How does it work?

For the convenience of our valued customers we at MTF Price Matters have rolled out a new program to help make purchase transactions flow quicker so you can get your items sooner! For our friends that are new to our site, there is a brief explination below on how to go about taking advantage of this new service. Always make sure that your account and credit card information is kept is a safe and secure place. We look forward in seeing you at any of our 12 locations first Pay N' PickUp transaction.

Where do I start?

If this is the first time you are on our site, start from our main page at www.pricematters.ca. If you look you can see the various categories available to search through either by browsing and clicking or you can just go to the top page and search for items.

(1) Once you have chosen an item to purchase please add it to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

(2) As you do this you will notice that on the checkout page at the bottom left a location has already been determined based on your postal or zip code. If in any case, the location you would like to ship is different from what is displayed, please choose a location from the drop down menu.

(3) At this point you are okay to go ahead and make your payment. You may use MasterCard, Visa or Paypal. Once your payment is successful, you will receive an invoice in your email address. When your order is confirmed from our shipping location and delivered to your location of choice, then you will get a phone call from the local store manager or employee notifying you that your package is ready to be picked up.

At any point if you need to change your order or perhaps feel you may have purchased the wrong size or color or you will be delayed in picking up your package, call our customer service line: 604-626-4459. It is highly recommended though for you to call before placing an order, to address any specific questions you have regarding your shopping experience.
