90/365 DAYS CARE PLAN

90 day warranty period (applicable warranties only apply):

• We will repair an item not working according to manufactures specifications.
• The item must be brought to the store from which it was purchased.
• The item will be repaired and returned to the store within a period of 30 days.
• If the item cannot be repaired; it will be replaced with an item of equivalent value.  If an item of equivalent value is not available the item will be refunded; or the customer may choose to upgrade to a different model and the difference will either be collected or reimbursed (the remaining warranty period will transfer to the new item)
• The original warranty amount paid will not be refunded in the event an item needs refunding.

365 day warranty period (applicable warranties only apply):

• Coverage begins after the free warranty period has expired as determined by your sales receipt.  Coverage under this Plan includes parts and labor; however, does not include parts with an indicated life span like picture bulbs, ink cartridges, etc.  This Plan will furnish labor and replacement parts necessary to maintain your covered product in good operating condition.
