We have a 14 day DOA policy:

All items are guaranteed against showing up DOA (Dead On Arrival). We will gladly replace any item that should arrive DOA. Please contact us by sending an eBay message within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your full name and the order number in your message. Once we receive the item, we will refund you the return shipping cost.

Payment Policy:

Payment via PayPal E-check will take 3 to 6 days to process prior to shipping. Shipping will be executed when funds are transferred from your bank account to eBay to cover the purchase. Please note that we only send out items once a payment has been made.

Shipping Policy:

In most cases, we ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Shipping time varies, but domestic U.S. purchases typically will be shipped within 5-10 business days via United States Postal Service We do not typically ship outside of North America (Canada and the U.S.). However, if you send us an email for a quote on the shipping cost and you agree to pay the full cost of shipping, we may make an exception. Shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. can take up to 30 days. Please verify that the items you are purchasing are legal to be imported to your country. The buyer is responsible for all customs related fees, including duty. We only ship to the shipping address that you input during checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
